Request for Proposals for the East Hampton Commuter Connection Shuttle may be obtained from the Office of Purchasing by emailing: jcarroza@ehamptonny.gov
or purchasing@ehamptonny.gov or calling 631.324.4183 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning Thursday, February 16, 2023.
Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, Town Hall 159 Pantigo Road East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
