Description: The New York State Police (NYSP) is soliciting bids for Snow/Ice removal services at the NYS Preparedness Training center located at 5900 Airport Road, Oriskany, NY 13424 As a result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the NYSP intends to enter into a 5-year contract with the responsive and responsible bidder, meeting all specifications, with the lowest total bid as identified in Attachment 1 - Cost Proposal. Bidders intending to submit a bid will be required to attend a mandatory site visit on May 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM at NYS Preparedness Training center located at 5900 Airport Road, Oriskany, NY 13424 . This is the only date and time available for a site visit. Due to security restrictions, all Bidders must pre register by emailing contracts@troopers.ny.gov no later then 2:00 PM on May 19, 2023.
