NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

Seneca County herein known as “Owner,” will receive sealed bids for “Accessibility Renovations” at Papa Bear, 7175 Main Street, Ovid New York.

Effective Tuesday, January 31, 2023, Bid Documents may be obtained: Rotolite-Elliott, One Grove Street, Suite 123, Pittsford, NY 14534, and/or digitally downloaded at https://www.recplanroom.com.

Bidding Documents will be available for viewing at The New York State Contract Reporter.

Bids will be received at the Seneca County Office Building, 1 Dipronio Drive, Waterloo, NY 13165, until 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project will be publicly bid with prevailing wage rates. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents. Each bidder must submit a complete Form of Proposal.

Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders prior to awarding the Contract.

**It is mandatory to attend a prebid conference at the site. There will be a prebid conference on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 11am. All Bidders are required to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the project requirements.**

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:

1. Provide a LU/LA elevator within the Papa Bear building in the Three Bears building complex, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
