Description of goods to services to be bid:
NYSERDA seeks proposals from 2020 Transit Tech Lab (TTL) Finalists to demonstrate innovative public transportation technologies and strategies that have the potential to reduce GHG emissions and associated energy consumption of the existing transit bus, rail and connected intermodal transit systems in New York State. Proposals should demonstrate a feasible path to economic viability and be replicable and transferrable throughout the State by different size transit agencies. The Transit Tech Lab Partnership Program (PON 4448) provides an opportunity for technology companies that have been competitively selected to participate in the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Transit Tech Lab to be considered for NYSERDA funding.

Companies will be eligible for funding through this solicitation if they have been: (1) selected to participate in the Transit Tech Lab; (2) competitively selected during the TTL application evaluation; (3) participated in the TTL accelerator program; and (4) selected as a proof-of-concept finalist with the MTA. Proof of TTL Finalist selection is a proposal requirement and serves as the Letter of Commitment or Interest.Due Date: 07/20/2020 3:00 PM
