Description:

The City of Syracuse and the Department of Engineering, through the Office of Management & Budget, invite you to submit a Proposal for the Arsenal Park Hydraulic Study and Benefit/Cost Analysis.

The Dept. of Engineering requests a proposal to assess the feasibility of creating a flood storage area for Onondaga Creek at the Arsenal Park tract on Dorwin Avenue, Syracuse. This study will consist of a hydraulic study, benefit/cost analyses, and summary report with a basic feasibility assessment.
