The three (3) lowest/best fit Bidders may be invited to make a presentation to discuss their proposal. If such presentations are to be held, FSC will notify the Bidders and schedule the time and location. The presentation will provide an opportunity for these bidders to clarify or elaborate on their proposals, but shall in no way change their original proposals.
