The University at Albany is using its discretionary authority to solicit informal proposals to purchase (3) commercial, NCAA Division 1 standard arena-style basketball hoop systems. The University is in the midst of major renovation to its SEFCU Arena and, as such, the basis of design for its new basketball hoops is the Spalding Arena Renegade 72” system, item # 401-050. Basketball systems must conform to all NCAA Division 1 standards and requirements and must include an alignment bar and front and rear shot clock holders on each unit.
