The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is seeking a consultant to support the preparation of a Compatible Use Plan / Military Installation Resiliency Plan (CUP/MIRP) for the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS). The purpose of this CUP/MIRP is to create a community-driven, cooperative, strategic planning process among the NFARS, Niagara Falls International Airport, and the surrounding communities to:

1. 
   Analyze and implement actions necessary to alleviate and prevent incompatible development and / or other man-made or natural installation resiliency activities likely to impair the operational utility of the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS) and,
2. 
   Protect and preserving public health, safety, and general welfare of those living near the NFARS while supporting continued community economic development and enhancing civilian and military communication and collaboration are desired project outcomes.

Proposals will be accepted until May 2, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. via online (electronic) submission only. Proposal shall be submitted on the NFTA Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com . Document Holders shall register “on-line” at the Authority's Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com under this Project prior to obtaining the RFP.
