NYSDOH is releasing an RFI to request information, materials and input from vendors and interested parties regarding software solutions and tools available to assist with AIHP claims processing. The purpose of this RFI is to identify technologies available on the market to better assess how AIHP should proceed with automating their claims process and minimize manual intervention. This is not an appeal for procurement.
