The Hutchings Psychiatric Center, located at 620 Madison Street, Syracuse, NY 13210, is seeking a vendor to provide physical therapy services. The contractor must be able to meet all specifications listed in Appendix D of the contract without exception.

There is a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit on Friday, October 14, 10:00 AM ET. Potential bidders must attend in order to submit a bid. Pre-Bid Conference/Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending Attachment B, Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Form, no later than, Thursday, October 13, 3:00 PM. ET.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services (BPES) per the instructions in the IFB by Friday, October 21, 2022 by 3:00 p.m. ET. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Friday, October 28, 2022, as well as posted to this ad.
