Re-Tube of 600HP Cleaver Brooks Boiler
Description:

Upstate C.F. is seeking bids to replace all tubes on a 600 HP Cleaver Brooks CBLE Fire-Tube Boiler. Scope of work: Furnish all materials and labor to complete the following per ASME and all other applicable code and standards: remove all existing boiler tubes, install new boiler tubes with same specifications as original, seal weld rear of second pass, bead and roll remainder tubes, hydro-test per industry standards, provide R-1 form, remove old tubes and debris from facility.
