The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction services for the completion of renovation and addition work performed under Phase I at the Education Opportunity Center (EOC) in Syracuse, NY.

Consultant services are needed for phase 2 work which includes complete fit out of the existing building and new front addition, and construction of a second addition at the rear entrance.

The construction value is approximately $22,472,000.
