Description: Mobility and Parking Services (MAPS) is seeking proposals from parking vendors and/or others in the industry to assist us in implementing a strategy to create state-of-the-art parking operations. With over 18,000 parking spaces across 5 campuses, MAPS currently operates with a homegrown permitting system, separate enforcement system and physical permits. The majority of spaces are open surface lots; however, 3 garages and the hospital campus lots are access controlled (SkiData). There are also multiple visitor lots, using multi-space pay stations (Flowbird/Parkeon). The Mandatory Pre-Bidders Conference via Zoom is scheduled for January 18, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. (SHARP). Bidders are required to attend this meeting in order to submit a bid. Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bidders Conference will result in rejection of your proposal.
