The State University of New York at Buffalo will receive sealed bids for project number 2018-129 titled Sports Performance Center until. local time at 2 PM on Monday March 13, 2023, where such proposals will be recorded and results distributed via email to all participating bidders as soon as possible.

All bid packages MUST be submitted via email to: UB-Compliance@buffalo.edu

Email shall include Project # 2018-129 Sports Performance Center and Trade submitting for and “Contractor name” in Subject line. Please note: This project is being bid and awarded per Wicks Law.

NO BIDS SHOULD BE HAND DELIVERED OR DELIVERED THROUGH ANY DELIVERY SERVICE OR COMMON CARRIER. ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The University assumes no responsibility for any Proposal that is not delivered into its aforesaid email address by 2:00 PM local time.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by May 31, 2024, starting ten (10) calendar days after the contract approval date of the New York State Comptroller.

A walk-through site inspection will be held on Thursday 2/23/23 at 8:30 AM. All interested parties should assemble at North Campus, inside main entrance of Murchie Family Field House. Failure to participate in the walk-through inspection will not be grounds for extra compensation due to field conditions encountered on this project.

Bids Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
