The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all material, labor, and oversight to install new doors and associated electronic hardware on a loading dock. Two United Nations Plaza is a Class A, mixed-use, high-rise building consisting of office and hotel tenancy located in midtown Manhattan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demo of existing doors and installation of new doors with associated hardware, ceiling work, piping, and electrical work.

The minimum required qualifications are as follows:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field.
• Licensed by the State of New York.
• Liability insurance of $5,000,000.
• A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable buildings.

Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information. For each client, describe the project, the project’s date, the services performed, and provide the name, address, and telephone number for a person at the client’s firm familiar with such work. The due date for submission of qualifications via e-mail, regular mail, courier or personal delivery is April 7, 2023 at 12:00 pm EST.
