Two-year noncompetitive miscellaneous service contract to the firm Laser Tribology BV (“LPS”) for the provision to lease Laser Modules which provides rail-based cleaning and removal of debris and contamination off the railhead while being pulled at a speed of 25 and 60 mph on Metro-North’s Commuter Lines and Staten Island Railway (SIRTOA) subway lines.
