The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following:

The Phase 2 construction will require the complete Fit-out and finish of the University Police Station and the Central Services Offices.

The work will include, but not be limited to;

-The addition and change of various outside, masonry wall penetrations for windows.

-The addition and/or replacement of doors and frames throughout the building (including overhead doors).

-The erection of interior partitions, insulation, soffits and dropped ceilings.

-The installation of new, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communications, controls, security and life safety systems.

-Site/Civil work including the delivery of underground communications pathway with wire and fiber connecting Building 50 to the main Campus across Grant Street.

- Concrete, asphalt paving and curbs, markings and drainage.

-Exterior plantings and lighting.
