Description: The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Rehab Interior Reed Library – Learning Common project at the State University of New York at Fredonia. This project is for a partial interior renovation of the Reed Library at Fredonia. The renovations will create learning laboratories, and meeting spaces that fosters innovation and experimentation to provide a research service point where faculty librarians will provide consultation and support to serve students. The renovation will upgrade finishes, lighting, improve accessibility, and provide data and power study stations for library users. The construction value is approximately $6,500,000 CONSULTANTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR THIS PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY, ON THE FUND’S WEBSITE AT: https://sucf.suny.edu/design-consulting-services/procurements-advertised Once registered, consultants will receive the applicable Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
