The Rockland County Workforce Development Board (WDB) is requesting proposals to operate federally funded Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Services (see the appendix for a more detailed description of the services) and manage the Rockland County comprehensive One-Stop center effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 with the option to extend the contract, based on performance and funding availability.
