Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is interested is requesting information from qualified vendors for a Conflict of Interest management system. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to evaluate Conflict of Interest (COI) management software that meet some of, or all our defined business needs related to the collection and management of COI information. The system should be fully featured and meet the operational, administrative, regulatory, and legal COI needs of a comprehensive cancer center.

This issuance of this RFI does not constitute a commitment to issue a request for bids/proposals, award a contract, or pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this RFI. Roswell Park (RP) requires that all responding RFI Responders abstain from providing any actual quotes or bids in response to this RFI. However, estimated costs can be provided which could then be used for future budgetary purposes.

Any information received in response to this RFI will assist RP in finalizing the scope of work and requirements which may be used at a future date in the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP). Submitting a response to this RFI is not a guarantee in any way that an RFI Responder will be selected for any subsequent RFP, nor does it preclude any RFI Responder from responding to future procurement opportunities.
