The NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation intends to procure an ice resurfacing machine using Consortia contract #120320-FZC pursuant to its authority under New York State Finance Law, section 163(3)(vi) which authorizes the use of a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

The successful vendor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law Section §139 and Public Officers Law. In addition, the vendor will be required to provide valid/current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.
