The University at Buffalo is issuing this Request for Information to obtain vendor feedback on a variety of factors that may be used in creating requirements for a new solicitation for treasury services to support banking and cash management operations at the University’s campuses. Using the information acquired through this RFI, the University will review available options and solutions and determine future contracting strategies.

It is the objective of this RFI to develop a general understanding of the following:

• Establishing a “cash less” environment.
• Current and future mobile banking options.
• New technologies to improve security, processes, savings, etc.
• Specialized customer services available to international students for foreign transactions.
• New check outsourcing and document printing products services.
• Services to monitor and report fraudulent check transactions.
• Available global digital disbursement platforms.
• Account controls.
