The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment for the Manhattan Psychiatric Center, located at Wards Island Complex, Manhattan, NY 10035. Details are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D/ Attachment D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB).

A mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, 2023 @ 10:00 AM Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in Section 2 of the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office/Permissible Contacts of the IFB by Wednesday, May 10, 2023 by 3:00 PM

Questions will be answered by OMH on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

Bids and No Bid Responses are due on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 by 3:00 PM.

The Anticipated Contract term is March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2029.
