Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to replace overhead doors and controls in the physical facility complex on the university's main campus. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Wash Bay - Door and Motor Controls

Garage East Service Bay - Motor and Controls only

Garage West Service Bay - 2 doors and 2 Motors and Controls

Commissary Loading Dock (Dock Lift) 1 Door and 1 Motor Control

Heating Plant Ash Door - Add Option - 1

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday May 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format.
