Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking to retain the services of up to five (5) general engineering consultant(s) to provide bridge and tunnel inspections for the following: 1)2023 Biennial Bridge Inspection and Design of Miscellaneous Structural Repairs: Throgs Neck, Bronx Whitestone, Marine Parkway, Cross Bay, Henry Hudson, and Queens Midtown Tunnel and Hugh L. Carey Tunnel Approach Bridges and 2) Routine Tunnel Inspection at Queens-Midtown Tunnel and Hugh L. Carey Tunnel.

Two Site Tours are scheduled for Wednesday, February 22 and Thursday, February 23.

Tunnels: A bus will take prospective consultants on a tour of the tunnels on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. Meet in front of 2 Broadway, New York, NY 10004 at 12:00 PM.

Bridges: A bus will take prospective consultants on a tour of the bridges on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Meet in front of 2 Broadway, New York, NY 10004 at 9:00 AM.
