The purpose of this RFB is to provide PK - 6 classrooms in the Buffalo Public Schools with appropriate cultural and historical texts on Indigen ous people across North America . The texts will be utilized to increase awareness of Indigenous people while depicting Indigenous people in a contemporary world.

Each text can be utilized as a supplemental resource to enhance students’ understanding of Indigenous people and history. All texts are written by Indigenous people and encompass Indigenous culture, language, history and traditions .
