The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and South Beach Psychiatric Center (SBPC)
are seeking to procure, through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to
provide Pest Elimination & Management Services.

Services shall be provided through a program of interior & exterior Integrated Pest Management (IPM) at the SBPC campus (located at 777 Seaview Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305) and affiliated residences/clinics in southern/western Brooklyn.

Total square footage at all locations for these weekly/monthly services is 80,2,101 sq. ft. on 44 acres of land total.

Interested vendors should carefully review the attached IFB document, which contains information on submitting a bid; the attached contract scope of work (Appendix D - Program Work Plan); and stand-alone spreadsheet Attachment D - Bid Quote Sheet, which must be used to submit a bid in response to this IFB. A copy of the draft contract boilerplate is also attached for reference.

Attendance at a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Site Visit at SBPC is required to submit a bid in response to this IFB solicitation.

Two site visit sessions have been scheduled: Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 10:00am ET and Friday, December 16, 2022 at 10:00am ET. Interested vendors must attend ONE of these sessions.

The purpose of the site visits is to provide an on-site summary of contract details to interested vendors, per the contract scope, and to review other contract & bid submission requirements. The content/format of each site visit will be the same.

Any & all questions from site visit attendees are to be submitted in writing to the OMH Bureau of Procurement Services (BPES) per the IFB instructions by Friday, December 16, 2022 at 3:00pm ET. Questions & Answers will be compiled and sent to all attendees by Tuesday, December 20, 2022, as well as posted to this ad.

NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this solicitation.

Bids are due no later than Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 3:00pm ET. Bids must be submitted per IFB instructions. No late bids will be accepted.
