The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Chaplain Services for the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Blvd Queens Village, NY 11427. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate (BP) attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 27, 2023 @ 10:00am. Sharp.

Proposal Submission Due Date is Thursday, May 18, 2023 by 3:00pm.

The Anticipated Contract term is December 1, 2023 – November 30, 2028.
