Task automation has been increasing at a rapid pace in radiation oncology and has been shown to increase safety and quality of patient treatments, and efficiency of clinical workflow. We are seeking cost-effective automated or semi-automated solutions for several aspects of our workflow which are currently performed manually and/or in need of modernization to keep pace with the increased complexity of radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery. Currently our radiation treatment planning system (TPS) is Eclipse version 15.6 (to be upgraded to 16.1 in the future), and our radiation record-and-verify system (R&V) is Mosaiq 2.81. These are henceforth referred to as TPS and R&V, respectively, in Bonfire.

The successful bidder will be required to implement the selected software, provide software acceptance testing, and train RPCI personnel in the use of the software. As part of its proposed offering, the successful bidder will provide maintenance and support services for the software for the initial and each renewal term of the Resultant Agreement. All Maintenance/Support Services will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Resultant Agreement.

We are seeking an Initial Term for a three (3) year period immediately following the Actual Launch Date (“Initial Term”). The Resultant Agreement shall automatically renew on the same terms and conditions for two (2) successive one (1) year periods (each, a “Renewal Term”). Legal Appendices (A, A-1, Business Associate Agreement and Appendix C) have been attached to Files Section on Bonfire. These files are considered Roswell Park Required documents and will need to be incorporated into executed agreement (when/if awarded).
