Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase specialized metabolic formula, mixing services and related items from Infant formula Laboratory Service, Inc under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(A), which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances.
