The work of this single bid project includes the remediation of structurally deficient areas of the first floor and second floor concrete decks in the Ballroom. The Project will reinforce structural connections to the existing concrete columns. The Project includes work needed to facilitate access to the structure including removal and remediation of architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection items and the abatement of hazardous materials.

Plans will be available after November 16, 2022, through Dataflow, Inc. (518-463-2192 or www.godataflow.com ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 30, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. meeting at the SUNY Oneonta Hunt Union Butternut Room.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
