The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091084 titled Replace Chiller – Cooperstown Campus until 2:00 p.m. local time on December 28, 2022 at Office of Facilities Planning, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by November 30, 2023.

In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $80.00 for printed copies or $49.00 for electronic copies, made payable to Dataflow is required. Payment can be made through credit
card or check and is a non-refundable deposit.

A project walk through will be held on Monday, 12/12/22 at 10:00am at the Cooperstown Campus/Biological Field Station, 5838 NY-80, Cooperstown, NY 13326.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The University hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 13% for Minority-Owned business Enterprises (MBE) participation, 17% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) participation and an overall goal of 6% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business enterprises (SDVOB) participation.
