The State University of New York (SUNY) wishes to engage contract attorneys to assist the Office of General Counsel with representing SUNY with a large influx of arbitration and DHR complaints cases. The contracted attorneys will partner with OGC staff to work on cases through completion of the administrative process in order to reduce the case volume in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the attorney will receive an OGC onboarding to get familiarized with the key process of execution. SUNY intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a). Project specifications are attached to this advertisement. There is no RFP or IFB.
