Description: OPWDD is looking for vendors that would be interested participating in an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in the near future to provide both optometry services and optometry equipment to individuals residing in Tupper Lake, NY. This service will be performed in a secure correctional setting of developmentally disabled individuals. The winning vendor of the IFB will be awarded a 5-year contract. Prevailing wage will not apply to this service. All details can be found within the attached scope of work. If interested in the work, please submit a statement, either through regular mail or email stating so. If we receive a letter of interest from you, be aware that we may reach out to you for further questioning. The deadline to submit a letter of interest is January 13, 2023, by 4:00pm.
