Description: The purpose of this Solicitation and the resultant Contracts is to provide Authorized Users with a means of acquiring various grades of Fuel Oil, e.g. Heating (Grade #2, Kerosene and Biodiesel) by bulk delivery to Authorized Users storage facility for use in the Authorized Users facilities. The product shall be Contractor furnished, delivered and unloaded as specified herein. Bids are being solicited for the following counties: Broome, Cattaraugus, Clinton, Erie, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Livingston, Montgomery, Oneida, Oswego, Rockland, St. Lawrence, Tioga. It is the State's intent to award Contracts by item in each county to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidders who are able to meet the terms and conditions of the Solicitation. There are no SDVOB, Disadvantaged Owner Subcontractor, Minority or Women Owned Business goals for this Solicitation. Detailed information on the Procurement Process is set forth in the MOA Section of the Bid Solicitation.
