Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: This contract will be to provide maintenance, upgrades, and new installation services for the Veeder Root storage tank inventory management, leak detection, fluid metering, and OWS monitoring systems. For the Department of Buses (DOB) of NYC Transit (NYCT) and for MTA Bus Company (MTABC), collectively referred to as the “Authority,” the Contractor shall provide services for underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), oil water separators, inventory and leak detection systems, metering and dispensing devices, and all associated equipment, which shall henceforth be referred to as the “Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) and Metering System”. The ATG and Metering System is composed of ATG panels, commercial dispensers, electronic registers, mechanical meters, Gasboy Islander Card Readers, STP fuel pumps, positive displacement pumps, and other ancillary equipment and systems related to fuel and chemical storage and dispensing.
