Description:

The Buffalo Public Schools is seeking proposals for the delivery of direct s chool n ursing s ervices during the school day for our medically fragile students attending School 84 - Erie County Health Care Center for Children. The proposals must outline a comprehensive prevention and intervention approach (strategy) that ultimately:

• Improves student health and wellness
• Promotes health and wellness among students, staff and parents
• Educates students, parents, and staff on health and wellness living and strategies for health
and wellness success
• Assesses and plans for the management of chronic health conditions
