The New York State Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”) intends to procure the Oracle PeopleTools pre-packaged trainings as listed below, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to NYS small businesses as defined in State Finance Law §160(8), businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law, and businesses certified pursuant to Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law.

• Develop new PeopleSoft classic applications.
• Create and deploy PeopleSoft fluid applications.
• Customize existing PeopleSoft applications.
• Create and modify PeopleSoft definitions.
• Create records and pages that maintain parent-child relationships.
• Enhance application and page functionality.
• Create and use subrecords and subpages.
• Create and use views.
• Write basic PeopleCode programs.
• Implement selected fluid user interface features.

• Program with object-oriented PeopleCode.
• Create, use, and extend application classes.
• Use SQL in PeopleCode programs.
