Requirements:

Must be able to do business in NYS

Must be familiar with the URAC and ACHC accreditation process.

Must be able to schedule all of our outreach tasks and will be able to generate our outcomes data into specific measurable reports to meet regulatory standards

The software must contain 24 therapeutic categories and 982 individual medication profiles which are used to standardize patient care, metric tracking, and improve the ease of auditing of specialty pharmacy services.

Must be compliant with URAC and ACHC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation standards, a pharmacy management program tailored specifically to specialty pharmacy is essential.

Must provide monthly reports and quarterly reporting of quality metrics are a requirement for accreditation.

Dashboard reports that are updated continuously

Ability to build new reports and dashboards on location

Individualized patient care assessments

Updated medication assessments based on FDA updates, warnings and label changes as they occur
