Description: SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the Therigy STM Base Software. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a. Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS “Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms”. Requirements: Must be able to do business in NYS Must be familiar with the URAC and ACHC accreditation process. Must be able to schedule all of our outreach tasks and will be able to generate our outcomes data into specific measurable reports to meet regulatory standards The software must contain 24 therapeutic categories and 982 individual medication profiles which are used to standardize patient care, metric tracking, and improve the ease of auditing of specialty pharmacy services. Must be compliant with URAC and ACHC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation standards, a pharmacy management program tailored specifically to specialty pharmacy is essential. Must provide monthly reports and quarterly reporting of quality metrics are a requirement for accreditation.
