CUNY Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) seeks a contractor to conduct background investigation services on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will be providing background investigation reports on candidates for regular full-time and part-time employment. The background investigation will be conducted for, but is not limited to, candidates for the following positions: 1) Chancellor, Executive Vice Chancellor, Senior Vice Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Associate Vice Chancellor, President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Senior University Dean, Secretary of the Board, Higher Education Officer (HEO) titles, Higher Education Associate titles, Associate Dean, Associate HEO, Classified Managerial staff, Adjuncts and Non- Teaching Adjunct titles; 2) candidates for positions with significant fiscal responsibility and/or authority to commit financial resources of the University, including but not limited to, execution or approval of financial transactions, financial reporting and billing, creating, collecting or accounting of accounts receivable and payable, credit card and purchasing card transactions, procurement and vendor payments, and 3) candidates for full-time and part-time positions in the athletic programs. The services are in accordance with CUNY guidelines, which must remain in compliance by the Federal, State and local laws.
