The State University of New York will purchase contact information for college bound students (Class of 2024). Information to be purchased includes student name, home street address, city, state, zip, and email address through the PreACT and ACT exams. We intend to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(b), for the above noted service. A sealed bid will not be held.
