The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all material, labor, insurance, and oversight for select technology equipment and cabling removal services at One and Two United Nations Plaza. The contractor will identify, tone, and tag existing abandoned riser cabling and equipment, remove abandoned cabling and equipment, firestop, and install drag lines in accordance with all applicable New York City and State laws. One and Two UN Plaza are Class A, mixed-use, high-rise commercial office buildings located in midtown Manhattan.

The minimum required qualifications are as follows:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field.
• Licensed by the State of New York.
• Liability insurance of $5,000,000.
• A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable Class A, high-rise office buildings.
