The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from information technology vendors who provide software and solutions for creating, maintaining, and publishing online manuals to provide the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL or the Department) with information and recommendations regarding:

  • industry best practices for web-based software for online manuals,
  • new technologies for management of web-based software for online manuals,
  • the direction of technology for platforms and web-based software for producing online manuals.
