SUNY Potsdam intends to make an award for Milling and Paving on the campus as per the specifications in the attached documents. Any contractor who believes they can provide these services is invited to download the IFB, Project Manual, and associated contract documents attached to this advertisement. A sealed bid will be held.

• Question's will be accepted from interested bidders through Friday, May 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM via email at case8736@plattsburgh.edu. Questions received after that time will not be answered.

• Answers to those questions will be provided and uploaded to this advertisement by Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

• Bid Opening: Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm; SUNY Potsdam Purchasing Office, 5th Floor, Raymond Hall 518, 44 Pierrepont Ave, Potsdam, NY 13676. Bids are to be submitted sealed, clearly identifying this procurement on the outside of package as follows: Campus Milling and Paving 23JB0511-T000815 Due Date June 6, 2023 at 3:00 PM addressed to: SUNY Potsdam Regional Procurement Services, 44 Pierrepont Ave, Potsdam, NY 13676, Attn: Jenna Beauregard. Bids are due in duplicate, original signatures, with all required documentation as per the IFB.

• Project Estimated Start Date: Immediately after signed contract and notice to proceed.

• Completion of project by August 18, 2023.

• This is a Prevailing Wage Project - Schedule PRC#2023005493

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law and its requirements. Effective immediately this procurement is in a "Restricted Period". This restricted period will be in effect until an award for this procurement has been fully executed. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than case8736@plattsburgh.edu. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed above and below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms. In addition the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and Public Officers Law.
