The County of Rockland’s Sheriff Division and Department of General Services Purchasing Division intend to recommend the issuance of a Sole Source award to Motorola Solutions formerly Spillman Technologies for their Records Management Systems software maintenance. The County of Rockland had initially issued a Request for Proposal for a Sheriff Records Management Software which had been awarded to Spillman Technologies. Motorola Solutions has since acquired Spillman Technologies and the Sheriff ‘s Division is utilizing the software which requires maintenance at this time.
