Description: The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), on behalf of the New York State Board of Elections (BOE) intends to award a contract for a term of five years to a qualified Contractor to provide the printing of Voter Registration Forms for the NYS Board of Elections (BOE). The Contractor shall provide printing services of voter registration forms for the NYS BOE on an as-needed basis. BOE places orders several times a year for an annual average of approximately 1.1 million forms. The versions and quantity may vary with each order, and there will be multiple orders throughout the contract period. The following minimum qualification must be met by each bidder:
