A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on the 16 ^th of February 2023, at, 1501 ^1st Avenue, Watervliet, New York 12189.

The Award of Contract to the qualified firm or individual submitting the lowest responsible bid shall be preceded by a mandatory conference and subject to approval from representatives from the City of Watervliet.

The City of Watervliet reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to waive any informality in the bidding. No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the bid opening without the express written consent of the Owner.

The City of Watervliet encourages that affirmative action be taken for the employment of Section 3 Businesses, Small Veteran-Owned Businesses (SVOB), Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) are given the opportunity to participate in this Invitation for Bid.
