Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Work to be performed under this Contract may briefly be described as the lease and optional purchase at the end of the five-year lease period of Engineering Duplicator Copiers with Multifunctional Systems, including Preventive and Remedial Maintenance, in accordance with the Technical Specifications. Included in the Work and Price shall be all transportation and delivery expenses from and to the Authority as well as all labor, materials, and consumables (e.g., developer, fuser agent, etc.) including, but not limited to, equipment, hardware, software and software upgrades, incidentals and overhead costs, and any other expenses required to perform the Work. The Contract shall also allow for the purchase of supplies to make quality image copies, including paper (bond, mylar, vellum) in various sizes, and toner. The Work shall be performed as specified in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, the Technical Specifications annexed hereto as part of the Contract Documents.
