Description:

The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to acquire information regarding the availability, capability and interest of organizations that:

  • possess the necessary qualifications to develop and host a Prevention Information Mobile Application (PIMA) which will include a full suite of technology-based digital mobile programs and services scalable across the state to reduce substance abuse across the lifespan.
  • possess the necessary qualifications to develop all content for the PIMA application focusing on substance misuse problems, substance related harmful behaviors, and substance risk, protective factor information that empowers individuals and their families to approach health and resilience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This IS NOT a Request for Proposals (RFP). A response to the RFI does not bind or obligate the responder or OASAS to any agreement for provision or procurement of services referenced.
