This project includes the construction of a Dog Park Area at the northern end of Harlan Fisher Park. The scope of the work includes creating a connection from the existing parking area within the park to a new dog park area by a concrete pathway. The entire dog park area will be fenced and will include gates at key locations around the perimeter for maintenance. The dog park will include separate areas for large and small dogs and a new entry plaza with an access-controlled double-gated entry system. New pole lights will be installed along the new pathway to the dog park. The existing vegetation at the perimeter of the dog park, between the chain link fence and property line will be maintained.

This project has been divided into four distinct scopes of work with the Town and Village of Victor being responsible for the general site preparation and drainage as well as the site amenities. Contract #01 is being bid for the Fences, Gates, and Access Control System; Contract #02 is being bid for the Masonry and Hardscape; and Contract #03 is being bid for the Electrical.
